Happy Persian New Year! 🌷 #Nowruz happens on the first day of spring and is one of the oldest holidays in the world, dating back to 3000 BC. It’s been an especially hard year for Iranians, and we celebrate today with a somber tone. But I like to think the last six months has shown a different light to us on the global stage. Iranians have come together, united around the world, protesting against the oppressive regime that’s held our motherland captive the last four decades.

Like most Iranians, my heart is heavy, but filled with hope. We’ll continue to raise awareness, speak up, and fight for democracy, justice, and human rights for all Iranians. 🤍 Our culture, our history is thousands of years old. We’re not going anywhere. #WomanLifeFreedom

Two months ago I soft launched the rebrand of my original creative space & blog, AzArAm. I worked so hard on redesigning my little corner of the internet to better reflect me, my thoughts, and where I am in life. A lot of this came from feeling overwhelmed with the fast-paced world of social media — it’s so hard to keep track of all the new trends every day! And as much as I’ve adapted to that, I think I’ll always enjoy thoughtfully curated, longer-form content — both in consuming and creating. I’ve been publishing a new post every Wednesday, and my content is centered around topics I know you appreciate the most. Today on AzArAm you can discover content on mindful living, career advice, sustainability, timeless fashion, and other bits and pieces of my life. I’ve also updated my services page so you can easily book writing or career coaching sessions with me! It’s a labor of love, but one I proudly own and have enjoyed seeing evolve over the years.

I don’t know what took me so long to officially reveal it, but I guess it just feels unusual to announce in 2023 that my primary platform isn’t social media, but my blog! I put so much love into the details, including little video effects here and there! I hope my pocket of the internet always continues to brings you comfort and joy. 🤍
