Aryana is currently in the middle of her finals, so I get a double feature. Normally we alternate, but when one of us has too busy a schedule, the other takes over AzArAm. Anyhow… H&M has brought a beautiful sundress design this spring I cannot get enough of! So soft and cool in the heat, an appropriately cut neckline making it versatile for day and night, and a layered, bouncy, asymmetrical skirt… I WANT ONE IN EVERY COLOR!!! But…
I resisted, and only got one. I chose the navy and mustard yellow palm tree leaf print pattern. LOVE! (And yes, I am totally aware the lining is showing here, whoops!)
How fun is the new palm leaves trend this season?! I knew I had to have this dress when I saw it, and of course there was only ONE left in the entire store, but luckily it was my size! 🙂 At first I matched it with my go-to nude sandals, but the dress didn’t POP the way I wanted it to. Sooo… I pulled out these pink platform pumps! Added a pink clutch, pink earrings, and pink lipstick to complete. My fold over clutch was a gift from the fashion closet at work and I cannot remember who it’s from. 🙁 It miiiiight be Sole Society, but I’m not entirely sure. I did link a beautiful pink Rebecca Minkoff envelope clutch with in the outfit details though (above)- check it out!
And here is a little BTS shot… this last picture is completely candid! The wind started blowing and I was trying to keep the skirt from blowing upwards. Didn’t plan on including it here, but Aryana convinced me otherwise!
