A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Azadeh and I’m a New York City based multimedia journalist and digital creator. After getting my master’s in journalism from Columbia University, I worked for a number of publications including Glamour, Allure, Self, Brides, and Vanity Fair as a video producer, on-air host, and social editor.
I’m extremely passionate about empowering women to pursue their goals and dream careers—especially women of color thriving in the media space. I founded an entire media company, EnVi Media, that gives rising creatives a stepping stone into the industry. Going from nothing to my ~dream job~ back to nothing and to now being my own boss, I can relate to being on all sides of the table when it comes to figuring out life. I’m also super passionate about both human rights and sustainable fashion, and I’ve incorporated conscious consumerism into all parts of my life. I’ve even been featured on Fox 5 NY as a sustainable style expert!
